• IT Asset Disposition (ITAD)
• Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Consulting and Management
• Secure Data Destruction
• Reverse Logistics

Any specific terms related to a service engagement will be detailed in a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) provided to the Client prior to the commencement of work.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Renewa Recycling and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Renewa Recycling. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Renewa for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from Renewa Recycling
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Renewa Recycling
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Renewa Recycling
• Redistribute content from Renewa Recycling

4. User Content and Conduct

Our website may offer opportunities for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Renewa Recycling does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Renewa Recycling, its agents and/or affiliates.

Note: Liability regarding our physical recycling, ITAD, and data destruction services will be governed by the specific service agreements signed between Renewa and the Client.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
